General

9 questions

For small and medium-sized businesses that need new customers to find them. Most often we work with cafés, salons, online stores, estate agents, clinics, tradespeople and professional services. We are based in Bratislava, but we work across Slovakia and abroad. What they have in common is that they want a personal approach and a fair price, not an account manager and a forty-slide deck.

It is free, takes 30 to 60 minutes and runs over Google Meet or in person in Bratislava. We ask about your business, where customers come from today and what is holding you back the most. We do not sell on the call. Afterwards you get the specific steps and the price in writing. You can pick a time yourself through the booking calendar.

The initial 30-minute consultation is always free. If you want to go deeper, we do a paid website, SEO or social media audit from 79 €. You get specific findings from your own website, not general advice, and an order of steps based on what is holding you back the most. If you then decide to work with us, we take the cost of the audit off your first invoice.

That is not a problem. We can take over the whole of your marketing, or add only what you are missing, most often the website, SEO or AI visibility. We do not need you to cancel anything on our account. At the consultation we will say where we see the biggest gap, and if we find your current agency is doing good work, we will tell you that too.

No. Monthly services start at 179 € and a one-time website from 399 €. Feel free to start with one service and add more once you see the result. You have the prices up front in the price list, with no hidden items. It is precisely with small budgets that the order matters: the website and visibility first, content and advertising after that.

The two of us. We have no juniors to hand the project down to and no account manager between you and the person doing the work. The technical side, meaning the website, SEO and AI, and the content side, meaning copy, photo and video, we do ourselves. You write directly to whoever is working on it, so an answer does not have to pass across three desks. More on the About page.

Yes, across Slovakia and abroad. Websites, SEO, AI visibility and copy can all be done fully remotely, and most communication runs by email and video call. We only travel for photo and video shoots. The social media packages are priced for Bratislava and the surrounding area, and for shoots further out we add travel, always agreed in advance.

Within 24 hours on business days, usually sooner. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. On weekends we reply when we can. On live projects you have a direct line to the person doing the work, so you are not waiting for a request to be passed along.

Yes, selected projects are on the Work page: the Paragrafo web application, the WEI.ZLA, Jankita and Elisi websites, the Zerotoxic online store, a video spot for Café Paula and an interactive 3D visualization of a steel hall. We do not put made-up percentages there, but real examples and word-for-word Google reviews from clients.

Web and online store

15 questions

A brochure website from 399 €, an online store from 990 €, a booking system from 249 €, a blog with a CMS from 190 € and a multilingual website from 249 €. The price grows with the number of pages, the features and whether you supply the copy and photos or we produce them. We give you the exact figure after the consultation and it holds as agreed. The full breakdown is in the price list.

A simple brochure website within 7 business days, an online store in 10 to 14 days, more complex projects in 2 to 4 weeks. You get the schedule before the work starts. The most common cause of delay is the material, meaning copy and photos, which is why we agree at the start who supplies them and by when.

We write websites directly in code and deploy them on Vercel, not on WordPress. That makes them fast, with no plugins to update, and a template update cannot break them. For content you want to change yourself, we connect a CMS. More on that on the Websites page.

Yes, if that is what you want. We connect a CMS where you change copy, photos, prices and articles without a developer and without the risk of breaking something. You also get a short walkthrough. If you would rather not deal with it, we can make the changes for you as part of monthly maintenance from 29 €/mo.

The price includes the design, the build, the mobile version, basic on-page SEO, connecting the forms, deployment to your domain and a walkthrough. It does not include the domain (15 to 30 €/year, registered in your name), paid stock photography, translation or an advertising budget. If anything beyond that is needed, we quote it up front and you approve it, it never appears out of nowhere on the invoice.

You register the domain in your own name, it usually costs 15 to 30 € a year and it stays yours. We do not sell hosting separately, it is part of monthly website maintenance from 29 €/mo, which also covers technical monitoring and content changes. If you do not want maintenance, we deploy the website to hosting of your choice and hand over the access.

Yes, and it is not an add-on. We design websites for mobile first, because most visits in Slovakia come from a phone. We check every page at phone width and at desktop width, and we watch load speed and Core Web Vitals. A slow website on mobile loses visitors before they even see the offer.

On its own it is not enough, but it is a precondition. The website gets the technical basics, meaning speed, a correct heading structure, meta descriptions, indexing and structured data. That is the point from which SEO can be built. Without content and links, though, rankings will not improve on their own, which is why a website and SEO are usually done together.

Yes, it is a common job. We start with an audit of what works on the current website and what is holding it back, so the redesign does not throw away the good parts. We keep the existing URLs or set up redirects so you do not lose your Google rankings. The price is the same as for a new website, from 399 €, depending on scope.

Yes. We move the copy, photos and articles across, and while we are at it we go through them to see whether they still make sense and can be improved. We redirect old URLs to the new ones so that neither visitors nor Google end up on an error page. This is the step most often skipped in a redesign, and it costs rankings.

An online store from 990 €. The price includes the product catalog, the cart, a payment gateway, shipping, the mobile version and basic SEO. We connect it to your stock, accounting and mailing if you need that. We also build B2B stores with prices behind a login and bulk ordering. Details on the Online store page.

Yes, a booking system from 249 €, connected directly to your website and calendar, with automatic confirmations and reminders. If you already use Bookio or Reservio, we do not replace them, we can connect on top of them. Those manage the people who have already decided to come, we deal with getting new ones.

An interactive calculator on your website where the customer puts together the scope themselves and immediately sees a rough price. From 290 €. It makes sense where price is the main question and you answer it daily, so joineries, construction, moving companies or photographers. What then reaches you is an inquiry that already knows the price bracket, so there are no pointless calls.

Yes, monthly maintenance from 29 €/mo covers updates, technical monitoring, backups, small content changes and hosting. It is not mandatory. If you do not want it, the website is yours and keeps running, you just handle updates and backups yourself. For online stores and larger websites we do recommend it, because downtime there costs money.

You approve the design before any coding starts, so the result is not sprung on you at the end. Feedback is part of the process, not a surcharge. After launch we have a 30-day functionality warranty, meaning anything that does not work as agreed we fix free of charge. It is set out in detail in the terms and conditions.

SEO

13 questions

The initial setup from 249 € one-time, meaning a technical audit, fixing whatever blocks indexing, on-page optimization and keyword research. Ongoing monthly care is from 119 €/mo and has no lock-in. The price depends on the size of the website and the competition in your field. The breakdown is in the price list.

First movement in rankings usually in 4 to 8 weeks, more significant results in 3 to 6 months. For local terms it tends to be faster than for nationwide ones. It depends on the state of the website, the competition and how much content we can produce. Anyone promising results within two weeks is either lying or facing very weak competition.

No, and be careful with anyone who promises it. Not even Google itself guarantees first place, because the ranking is recalculated every time and shifts with the competition and with the algorithm. What we guarantee is work using proven methods, and that you will see exactly what we did and how it showed up in the data.

Every month you get a report with keyword rankings, organic traffic and the number of inquiries from the website. We take the data straight from Google Search Console and Analytics, so you can verify it yourself in your own account. We do not track the number of “optimized pages”, we track whether people and inquiries are actually growing.

Yes, for local businesses it is the most effective investment. We optimize the Google Business Profile, look after reviews, build local citations and target terms like “hairdresser Bratislava” or “auto repair Petržalka”. We set out how it works in practice in the article local SEO Bratislava.

Unlike ads, rankings do not disappear overnight, because the content and the links remain. Without further work, though, the competition gradually catches up, especially in fields where everyone else is publishing. That is why SEO makes sense as long-term work, not as a one-time intervention. You can stop at any time, we have no lock-in.

Google Ads brings visitors immediately, but you pay for every click, and when you stop paying, you stop being visible. SEO builds visibility that stays with you. Ads are faster and more expensive, SEO slower and more durable. Incidentally, we do not run Google Ads ourselves, more on that in the question about advertising below.

Usually yes, but the technical state needs looking at first. If the website is slow, not indexed or broken on mobile, SEO on top of it is building on sand and the money goes nowhere. That is why we start with an audit. Sometimes it turns out that a new website is cheaper than repairing the old one, and we will tell you that straight.

Not always, but often yes. A blog is a way to cover the questions people type into search before they buy something. If you have a narrow offer and strong local terms, service pages will do. If the competition is heavy, you will not get ahead without content. We build a blog with a CMS from 190 €.

We can do either. If you supply the material, we adapt it for search and add the structure. If you have no time, we write all of it, after a consultation, so it fits your field. Copywriting is from 179 € one-time or from 99 €/mo for ongoing work.

We build links through listings in relevant directories, partnerships and content that has a reason to be cited. We do not buy link packages from link farms. In the short term they would help rankings, in the long term they are exactly the links that bring penalties and are then expensive to remove.

We do not start with what sounds nice, but with what people actually type and with what intent. We distinguish between someone just gathering information and someone ready to buy. We prioritize terms with real demand where you have a chance of ranking. You get the list with search volume estimates, so you can see why the order is what it is.

We go through load speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, URL structure, duplicate content, redirects, the mobile version, structured data and errors in Search Console. The output is a list of findings ordered by impact, not alphabetically. The audit is from 79 € and we take its cost off if you decide to continue.

AI visibility (GEO/AEO)

11 questions

Some people today do not ask Google, but ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini, and those give one answer instead of ten links. AI visibility, also known as AEO or GEO, is the work of getting that answer to mention you. Anyone who is not in it does not exist for that person, even if they are first in Google.

Setup from 249 € one-time, then from 119 €/mo for monitoring and adjustments. The setup covers reworking the pages into a quotable form, structured data, the llms.txt and llms-full.txt files and basic measurement. The monthly part is there because the models change and the answers need watching. Details on the AI visibility page.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Meta AI, Grok, DeepSeek and Google AI Overviews. They do not share the same rules, but they do share a preference for content that can be quoted unambiguously: a clear definition, specific numbers, structure and a source worth trusting. That is why the work is done once and takes effect across all of them.

No, it builds on it. The models draw on what is indexed and readable on the web, so without a technically healthy website and content there is nothing to quote. Think of it this way: SEO gets you into the list of sources, and AI visibility decides whether the answer picks you out of that list.

Usually 4 to 12 weeks, depending on how often the given model updates and how strong the sources about you already are. Some tools read the web live and react quickly, others work from trained data and change slowly. That is why the result does not appear all at once, but gradually across the individual tools.

We regularly ask the same questions your customer would ask, and record whether the answer mentioned you, in what order, and whether the details about you are correct. We also watch traffic from AI tools in Analytics. It is not as precise as a position in Google, and we say so openly, but the trend can be tracked and compared over time.

That is the right question, which is why we measure the competition on the same questions too. If you move and the others do not, that is our work. If everyone moves at once, the model changed. Without that comparison it is easy to take credit for something an update did, and we would rather not do that.

Yes, and often better than for a big one. On questions like “a good hairdresser in Ružinov” the model has few quality sources, so a well-built website with clear information has a real chance of showing up in the answer. On nationwide topics the competition is far tougher.

It happens, and it is one of the main reasons AI visibility is worth dealing with. The model fills in the gaps when it has no clear source: it gets prices, opening hours or services wrong. The fix is to give it unambiguous, machine-readable information on your website so it has no reason to guess. This is an AI hallucination.

They are text files on your website that describe briefly and precisely what the company does, what it costs and how it works, so that a language model does not have to gather it from ten separate pages. They are not mandatory and not every tool reads them, but where they are read, they significantly reduce the risk of the model filling in the gaps itself. We have them deployed on our own website too.

Yes, and that is the whole reason we can offer the service. We use our own website as a testing ground: structured data, definition sentences, a glossary and the llms files all went onto resulty.sk first, and we watched what changed in the answers. What did not work, we do not offer to clients.
05

Social media and content

13 questions

We have three packages: Basic 179 €/mo, Content 499 €/mo and Premium 899 €/mo. They differ in the number of posts, in whether we also shoot the content, and in how much of the audience communication we take over. The packages are priced for Bratislava and the surrounding area, and for shoots further out we add travel agreed in advance. The breakdown is in the price list.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Not every company needs all four, and it is usually better to do two well than four badly. At the consultation we look at where your customers are and where the content has a chance, so we are not pushing LinkedIn on a café or TikTok on a machine-tool manufacturer.

Yes. You get the content to approve in advance, usually a week or two ahead, and nothing goes out without your sign-off. If something is off, we redo it. On longer partnerships most clients gradually move to a looser arrangement, but that is your decision, not ours.

That is a common starting point. We shoot photo and video at your place, or put content together from what you already have. We do the photography and video ourselves, so there is no need to find an external photographer. Content creation is from 149 € one-time and is already included in the Content and Premium packages.

It depends on the package. We agree on the frequency in advance and we hold to it, because irregular publishing is worse than fewer posts at a steady rhythm. Better three good posts a week over the long run than twenty in one month and then silence.

No. Monthly services have no lock-in and no notice period, you can stop at the end of any month. It does make sense to give the partnership at least three months, because that is how long it takes to tune the tone and find out what the audience responds to. But we are not tying you to anything.

Yes, and we distinguish between a nice-looking number and an actual result. We track reach and likes, but what matters is how many people clicked through to the website, sent a message or turned up. The report comes monthly. If something is not working, we say so and change the format, rather than showing you a chart that happens to be going up.

Yes, in every package. We monitor comments and messages and answer the usual questions about prices and availability based on the material you give us. Anything beyond the agreed scope we pass on to you.

Because every network wants different content and different amounts of time. Five networks with empty profiles do more harm than two live ones, because a visitor sees a last post from a year ago and concludes the company may not even be running. We went into it in the article you do not need to be on every network.

Video too. Reels and short vertical video are the main reach formats on Instagram and TikTok today, so without them a new audience is hard to win. We shoot, edit and prepare the captions. You can see a sample, the café spot, in our work.

You do. Once the invoice is paid you hold full rights to the content and can use it anywhere, including on websites, in print or in advertising. We do not lock it away and we do not charge licensing fees for further use. We can hand over the source files on request.

Yes, from 349 €. We select and approach micro and macro influencers for the Slovak market, negotiate the terms and coordinate the whole collaboration. Barter partnerships work too, meaning a product or service instead of a fee. The creator's fee is separate and you pay it to them directly, it does not go through us.

We always start with strategy, even in the smallest package. Without it you end up with content made because content is supposed to be made, and that leads nowhere. We agree who we are talking to, what the content is for and how we will know it is working. Only then does production start.
06

AI chatbot and automation

7 questions

From 299 € for deployment and from 19.90 € a month to run it, depending on the number of messages. The chatbot runs on your own material, meaning your price list, questions and opening hours, answers around the clock, collects contacts and can hand the conversation over to a person when it is unsure. It answers on the website, and for an extra fee in Messenger, on Instagram and WhatsApp, and in email it prepares a suggested reply among your drafts. Deployment usually takes up to 5 business days. Details on the AI chatbot page.

It does not make things up. When it is unsure, it says so and offers to hand over to a person, or takes a contact so you can get back to them. This is a setting we choose deliberately: an invented answer about a price or an appointment does more damage than an honest “a colleague had better confirm that for you”.

On yours. We fill it with content from your website, your price list, your most frequent questions and anything else you give it. It does not learn from the internet blindly, so it cannot say something that is not true of your company. The material can be topped up at any time and the chatbot starts answering accordingly.

Yes, besides the website it can be connected to Instagram and Facebook Messenger, so it answers where people message you most. The terms of that connection are set by Meta and some account types have restrictions, so we verify it before deployment.

It depends on the task, most often models from Anthropic or OpenAI. We are not tied to a single supplier and we can swap the model when a better or cheaper one appears. Running costs for a typical company come to single-digit euros a month and you pay them to the provider directly, not to us with a markup.

Connecting your tools so the repetitive work does itself: the order gets written into a spreadsheet, the client gets a confirmation, you get a notification and the invoice is issued without anyone clicking through it. From 290 €. We use Make.com, Zapier or a custom solution, whichever is cheaper to run.

We set up an alert so you hear about an error right away, not a week later from a customer complaint. Critical steps have a fallback so the data is not lost. Even so, automation should be rolled out gradually and under control, not across everything at once.
07

Branding, copy and email

7 questions

It has two levels. The basic tier from 349 € is the logo, colors and typography. The full identity from 990 € adds brand guidelines with usage rules and tone of voice. We also redesign an existing brand. A full identity is usually delivered within 7 days. Details on the Branding and strategy page.

You get several directions to choose from, not one finished design, and rounds of feedback are included in the price. Before any drawing starts we agree where the brand should be heading, so we do not miss by a mile. And if nothing landed even then, we sort it out by agreement, not by talking you into something.

From 179 € one-time for website or campaign copy, or from 99 €/mo for ongoing work. We write copy for websites, campaigns, emails and social media. We optimize it for search, but not to the point where the sentence stops sounding like human speech.

At the start we go through how you communicate today, what you like about it and what you do not, and we look at the competition too, so you do not end up sounding the same. You get the first piece as a sample and we refine it. If you already have brand guidelines, we follow them, and if not, we can define the tone as part of branding.

Setting the channel up from 299 € one-time: a signup form on the website, double opt-in, contact synchronization, connecting the platform, domain verification via SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a template in your brand and segmentation of the list. Monthly work from 199 € covers the newsletter, automated sequences and evaluation, and it is optional with no lock-in. Details on the Email marketing page.

That is why it starts with the technical side. We set up domain verification, meaning SPF, DKIM and DMARC, double opt-in on signup, and we clean inactive addresses out of the list. Deliverability is built gradually, and a new domain needs a few weeks to warm up. Anyone promising 100 % delivery right away is not telling the truth.

Yes, otherwise we would not do it. We collect contacts only with demonstrable consent, we use double opt-in and every email has a working unsubscribe. The list is yours and you own it, we only have access to it for the duration of the work.
08

Prices and payments

11 questions

Both of the more expensive services start with a smaller paid phase, so you do not have to commit to the full amount right away. Custom business systems and CRM: a design for 590 €, then the system from 1 990 €. AI agent: a prototype for 490 €, then the solution from 1 490 €. In both cases the first amount comes off the price, and after it you decide whether to continue. The price is driven by the number of screens and connections and by how much logic has to be worked out from scratch.

For a smaller tool, count on weeks, for a larger system, months. We do not give one date for the whole thing, we split it into milestones so you see working parts as we go instead of waiting until the end. The source code is yours once it is paid for, so you are not tied to us.

All 18 services have their price listed on the website. Websites from 399 €, an online store from 990 €, social media from 179 €/mo, SEO from 249 €, AI visibility from 249 €, an AI chatbot from 299 €, branding from 349 €. The prices are entry prices and grow with scope, and you get the exact figure after the consultation. Full overview in the price list.

Because two websites with the same name can be entirely different jobs. The price is driven up by the number of pages, features like bookings or payments, multiple languages, us producing the copy and photos, and connections to other systems. After the consultation you get one specific figure that holds, not a range.

Yes. When you combine two or more services we give a discount of 10 to 20 % depending on the scope. A website together with social media and SEO, for example, works out at roughly 15 % off. We go through the specific figure at the consultation, so the discount fits what you actually need.

If you refer a new client to us and they order any service from us, you both get a 20 % discount off the first invoice. The new client applies it when ordering, you at your next invoice, monthly or one-time. We do not limit the number of referrals. The terms are in the price list too.

No. Ease Studio & Co. s. r. o. is not VAT registered under §4, so we issue invoices without VAT and the price you see is final. For trade within the EU we hold VAT ID SK2122508773 from registration under §7a, where the reverse charge applies.

By bank transfer against an invoice, we do not take cards or cash. Monthly services are invoiced at the start of the month. On one-time projects you pay a deposit of 30 to 50 % when you order and the rest on handover. Invoices go out through SuperFaktúra with the due date shown on the document.

On larger projects, yes, we split the payment into milestones, for example a deposit, launch and handover. We do not offer installment plans through a third party. If a different split suits you, say so at the consultation, an agreement is easier before the start than halfway through.

No. What is not in the quote does not get invoiced, and anything beyond the agreed scope gets quoted and approved first. The only things running outside our invoice are third-party services you pay for directly: a domain at 15 to 30 €/year, and possibly a mailing tool or an AI model depending on usage.

Say so right away, not at the end. On one-time projects we have a 30-day functionality warranty, meaning whatever does not work as agreed we fix free of charge. Monthly services can be ended at the end of the month with no notice period. The details are in the terms and conditions.
09

Working together and process

8 questions

A free consultation, then a written quote with the scope and the price. Once it is approved we collect the material and access, then comes the design for approval and the build. At the end there is handover, a walkthrough and a 30-day warranty. On monthly services the cycle repeats every month with a report at the end. It is also set out on the Transparency page.

By email and on video calls, and over WhatsApp for quick things. We do not introduce a new tool you would have to learn. On larger projects we send a short status summary, so you do not have to ask where things stand.

Monthly services run with no lock-in and no notice period. One-off projects have an agreement on a specific scope, deadline and price, so it is clear what the delivery includes. We have no automatic renewals and no penalties for ending.

In writing, before we start. The quote lists what is included and what is not, including the number of feedback rounds. That way nobody ends up picturing something different under the word “website”. Changes during the project are fine, we just quote them and you approve them before we make them.

Access to the domain, hosting and analytics if they exist, copy and photos if you have them, and one person on your side who can make decisions. That last one affects the timeline the most. Whatever you do not have, we can supply, it just needs saying up front so it is in the price.

On monthly services, once a month, with rankings, traffic and inquiries from the website. The report is short and in plain language, not thirty pages of charts. The data comes from your own Search Console and Analytics accounts, so you can verify it yourself at any time.

We hand over any access you do not already have and remove ours from your accounts. The website, domain, content and data stay yours and nothing gets switched off. Any passwords we had stored we delete on request. We do not use locked access as leverage to keep a client.

Yes, it is part of the handover. We go through how to change content, add an article or a product, and where to track results. You can keep the recording of the walkthrough for new colleagues. The goal is not for you to depend on us, but for you to be able to decide what to do yourselves and what to leave to us.

What we do not do

4 questions

No, we do not run paid campaigns and we do not offer them. We would rather say so straight than do them at an average level. We focus on the channels that stay with you: the website, SEO, AI visibility, content and email. If you need advertising, we will recommend a specialist partner and we are happy to work alongside them.

No. We do not do traditional advertising or PR in traditional media. We focus on online and on what can be measured and improved step by step. We can prepare print graphics as part of branding, but we do not buy media space.

No, and nobody serious can. What we guarantee is the scope of the work, the deadline, and that you will see what we did and how it showed up in the data. The specific number of customers also depends on your offer, your prices and your service, meaning things that are not in our hands.

No. If we think a given service will not help you, we say so, even when it means a smaller invoice. We have had consultations where we advised against building a new website, because the problem was elsewhere. In the long run that is cheaper for both sides than selling something that will not produce a result.

GDPR, legal and ownership

6 questions

You do. Once the invoice is paid you hold full rights to the website, the design, the code, the copy and the photos. The domain is registered in your name. We keep nothing back as security and we block nothing when the work ends.

Yes. Towards visitors to our own website we are the controller, and the details are in the privacy policy. When working for a client we act as the processor, and on request we sign a data processing agreement.

Yes, we are happy to sign one even before the first consultation. We can send a standard NDA within minutes, or use yours and go through it. Even without a signed NDA we do not talk about clients and their numbers, and we only put things on the website that we have consent for.

We store them in an encrypted password manager (1Password or Bitwarden), never in emails, spreadsheets or messages. We use access with the lowest permissions necessary and delete it on request once the work ends. We neither send nor accept passwords over an unencrypted channel.

Ease Studio & Co. s. r. o., Karpatské nám. 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava-Rača, Slovakia. Company ID 56 927 461, Tax ID 2122508773, VAT ID SK2122508773 under §7a, not VAT registered under §4. Registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section Sro, Insert 187712/B.

No. The address at Karpatské námestie is a registered address, not an office for visitors. We operate as a service-area business, meaning we come to clients or handle things remotely. We can meet in Bratislava by arrangement.
