An AI chatbot answers your customers while you sleep. It qualifies leads, collects contacts and answers from your own material. When it has no material for an answer, it hands the conversation over to you.

I want an AI chatbot →How it answers
A chatbot that fills in the gaps does more harm than good. Ours has exactly four sources, and when a question falls outside them, it does not start guessing.
From the calendar
Do you have anything free on Saturday?
On Saturday we have 9:00, 11:30 and 14:00 free. Which time suits you? I will book it for you right away.
From the price list
How much does the first examination cost?
The first examination costs 40 €. If it leads to further treatment, we will tell you the price before we start.
From the website
Can I get in with a stroller?
Yes, the entrance is step-free and the elevator goes straight to our floor. You can leave the stroller in the waiting room.
Outside its material · hands over to a human
It has been hurting for three days now. Is it urgent?
I cannot judge that, a specialist has to. I am passing your message to a colleague and she will get back to you today. Please leave me your phone number so she can reach you.
Handing over to a human is not a failure. It is the only right answer to a question the machine has no material for.
Where exactly that line sits depends on the field. In healthcare we draw it far higher than for booking a table at a restaurant. We went through the differences between a bot and a live agent in the article AI chatbot vs. a live agent.
What's included
A chatbot on your website
A bubble on your site that answers immediately. The customer does not have to wait until morning or hunt for a phone number.
It answers where people message you too
Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp from the same material. The connection is approved by Meta and some account types have restrictions, so we verify it before you order.
Draft replies in your inbox
The same questions come in by email. The chatbot prepares a reply among the drafts in your inbox, you read it and send it. It sends nothing on its own.
Trained on your business
We train it on your price list, your services, your opening hours and your frequently asked questions. It answers exactly the way you would. The difference between a rule-based bot and one that understands a sentence is summed up in IBM's overview.
Collecting contacts and orders
The name, the phone number and what the customer needs, right inside the conversation. It goes into your inbox or into a system you already use, including a booking system.
Qualifying inquiries
The chatbot asks what you need to know and only flags a serious inquiry. It handles the rest without you.
How it works
Needs analysis
We look at your business, the questions your customers ask and where the chatbot will bring the most value.
AI training
We load in the information about your company, your products and your FAQ. The chatbot learns your voice and your answers.
Integration
We connect the chatbot to your website and your social media. We test every scenario before launch.
Launch and tuning
After launch we watch the first conversations and refine the answers based on real use.
An AI chatbot from us means an assistant trained solely on your own material, meaning your website content, documents, price list and frequently asked questions, that hands the conversation over to a human when it does not know what to do, and that can collect contacts and orders right inside the conversation. It answers on your website, in Messenger, on Instagram, on WhatsApp and prepares draft replies in your inbox. The price is from 299 € for setup and from 19.90 €/mo for running it.
Because it does not work from the internet, only from what you give it. It answers from your website, your price list, your documents and your frequently asked questions. When the answer is not in that material, it hands the conversation over to a human instead of filling in the gap itself.
When a model invents an answer, that is called a hallucination and it is the biggest risk in putting AI into customer communication. That is why we build it closed, not open.
What comes across as impersonal is a message left unanswered at ten in the evening. The chatbot is not there to replace a conversation, it is there to cover the hours when nobody is by the phone, and the questions that come up a hundred times over.
We set the tone to match you, and the moment something needs a person, it hands the conversation over. The customer never ends up at a dead end.
When there is nothing to build it from. If you have no price list, no descriptions of your services and no written answers to common questions, the chatbot will have nothing to answer with and will leave a worse impression than none at all.
In that case it makes sense to start with the content on your website and build the chatbot on top of it. We will tell you that before we start.
What it costs
A chatbot knows nothing on its own. It only has value once it knows your material and knows when to hand the conversation over to a human. The setup is a one-time job. But material changes, and a chatbot that quotes a customer last year's price does more damage than no chatbot at all.
What it learns from
Monthly running · keeping the chatbot going, updating the material, reviewing conversations · no lock-in
19.90 € /mo
up to 300 messages
A typical small company or shop with a few questions coming in a day.
49 € /mo
up to 1 000 messages
Several channels at once, or seasonal peaks when demand piles up into a few weeks.
99 € /mo
up to 3 000 messages
Online stores and businesses where a lot of people write in. Above that volume we agree on the price individually.
Messenger and Instagram cost an extra 149 € one-time. The connection is approved by Meta and some account types have restrictions, so we verify it before you order.
WhatsApp has its own message fees, charged by Meta according to its own price list. Until October 1, 2026, replies to a message the customer started are free. From that date Meta will start charging for them and will announce the rates during September.
Replies in email need access to your inbox, limited to reading and creating drafts. This involves your customers' personal data, so we sign a data processing agreement under the GDPR.
You get an exact number once we go through how much material the chatbot needs, which channels it should answer in and where it should pass the contacts on. An overview of all services is in our pricing.
