A reminder after three days, when nobody has followed up with a new lead. A second reminder on an unpaid invoice. A review request while the goodwill is still fresh. A rule we set up once does it every time, even when your hands are full.

This is one customer and one order, the way five systems that don't talk to each other see it today. Switch to the second tab below and look at what is left of it once the data starts moving on its own.

Not a fitA sample scenario, but the differences are the ones we run into most often: a different form of the name, a second email address and a status that never got updated somewhere.
The customer writes that they have paid. You have three systems claiming something else, and you are hunting for the one that is lying.
An API integration does not mean one more tool on top. It means a piece of data is created in one place and the others pick it up from there. Payment gateways such as Stripe or GoPay report a payment the moment it happens, not the next day. Accounting systems like SuperFaktúra, iDoklad or Pohoda get the invoice without anyone retyping it. Mailing platforms work with the current address, not the one from a year ago. Carriers & warehouses including Packeta and Slovenská pošta know about an order before someone enters it by hand. Communication tools deliver the notification where you actually read it, and a new lead from the website records itself. When a system has no public interface, we say so before we quote a price and look for another way. An overview of the interfaces the web really runs on is in the MDN documentation.
How it looks
Most companies picture something complicated when they hear automation. In reality it is a sentence in the form “when this happens, do that”. Below are four we can set up for almost anyone, and this is exactly how they go into the proposal, so you can see up front what the system will do.
If
someone fills in a form on the website
Lead managementThen
If
an invoice passes its due date
NotificationsThen
If
an invoice arrives in the inbox as an attachment
Document processingThen
If
someone buys from you or comes in for the first time
Email sequencesThen
The last line of every rule is the one that, when the work is manual, never gets done.
Four rules can be handled by a spreadsheet and a good memory. A real company has dozens of them and they start getting in each other's way. Workflow engine is the part that holds the order, the conditions and the exceptions, so two rules don't run against each other. Integrations are the part that lets accounting, the online store, the calendar and the mailing tool pass data to each other, with nobody retyping it from one window into another. That is why for us it is not two services, but one. Which processes get automated most often, and where it makes no sense, is covered in IBM's overview.
What it costs
You don't pay for “automation” as a whole, but for the specific rule or integration that starts running. That is why you can begin with the one thing that annoys you most and add the rest only once the first one proves it works.
290 €
First process or integration, one time
Further processes and integrations
Each additional one is priced separately by how many steps, systems and exceptions it involves. When it runs on a connection that already exists, it usually costs less than the first.
Maintenance, from 49 € per month
Tools change their interfaces and scenarios break now and then, that is a normal part of how they evolve. Maintenance means we watch that things run, react to changes, re-run transfers that failed and fix errors. Optional, no lock-in, charged per process or integration.
What you don't pay us for
We build on platforms like Make or n8n, in an account that belongs to you. The platform subscription is paid directly to the platform, not to us, and with no markup from us. If we part ways one day, everything keeps running for you.
You get the exact number once we have put the process down on paper. If it turns out a rule has too many exceptions for a system to handle, we say so before the building starts. An overview of all services is on the pricing page.
Automation and integrations from us mean two sides of the same thing: the systems you already use start passing data to each other, and the steps you do by hand today start running without you. Online store, accounting, warehouse, shipping, mailing, plus email sequences, lead management, notifications and document processing. We build it on the Make or n8n platforms, in an account that belongs to you. The price is from 290 € per process or integration, optional maintenance from 49 € per month. Prices are final, we are not VAT registered.
Whatever you do most often and whatever annoys you most. Not whatever sounds the most technical.
A good first candidate has three traits: it repeats at least once a day, it follows a clear rule with no exceptions, and forgetting it costs you money or a client. Inquiries from the website and payment reminders are exactly that.
Decisions that need judgment or a feel for the situation, on the other hand, stay with a person. You can automate a step, not the responsibility.
More the opposite. Automation is not there to replace the conversation, it is there to make sure the conversation happens at all.
A customer does not find it impersonal that a confirmation went out automatically. They find it impersonal when nobody replies for three days. The system takes over the record keeping and the reminders, you get more time for the call itself.
The messages that go out automatically are written to sound like you. If they read like a system notification, that is a setup problem, not a problem with automation.
We won't promise a number before we have seen your process. The saving can only be calculated once we know how many times a day the step happens and how long it takes.
So we go through it together during the consultation and put a concrete figure on it. If it turns out automation won't pay for itself, we will tell you.
How return is calculated on small budgets is laid out in the article on measuring marketing ROI, and the principle is the same here.
