Email marketing and newsletters

Emails that customers read

We set up a channel that collects contacts and delivers emails. A form for your website, consent under GDPR, a verified domain and a connection to Brevo, MailerLite or Klaviyo. You then write the newsletters yourself, or we write and send them for you.

The first half of the journey

From the form to a contact that is demonstrably yours.

Email marketing has two halves. In the first, the contact reaches you. In the second, your email reaches them. You can fall out at either one, and most companies only deal with the second. These are the four steps of the first half. We set them up once and then they run without you.

Step 01

A form on your website

In your website's design, not a third-party widget. With clear wording about what someone is signing up for.

you@email.comSubscribe

Step 02

A confirmation email

It goes out automatically. Until the person clicks, they do not make it onto the list, so typos and other people's addresses never end up there.

Step 03

Consent on record

The system stores when the consent came in and where from. That is the evidence you need if anyone ever asks.

Step 04

Added to the platform

The contact lands in Brevo or MailerLite on its own. No downloading spreadsheets and uploading them once a month.

On top of that we set up verification for your domain, meaning the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Without them inbox providers cannot confirm the email really came from you, and bulk sending ends up in spam.

A list you have been building for years is only valuable when you can show how it came about.

We leave the sending to a platform that knows how: Platform connection points to Brevo or MailerLite, where deliverability has been built over years and where you also get a free plan for smaller lists. We build the signup form, turn on Double opt-in, set up contact sync from the website and the online store, and handle domain verification. An Email template in your brand is part of it too, so the first campaign does not look like a system notice. Why sender authentication matters so much is explained in Gmail's sender requirements.

The second half of the journey

Between sending and the inbox stand four checks

The most common worry about email marketing is not the price or the copy, it is that nobody will get the emails anyway. That is not superstition. You can fall out at every one of the checks, and most people only know about the last one.

  1. Check 01

    Is the sender verified?

The recipient's server checks the SPF, DKIM and DMARC of your domain. These are the signatures that prove the email really came from you.

    When it doesn't match

Spam, or dropped outright. The sender never finds out.

  2. Check 02

What reputation does your domain have?

Providers keep a history of complaints, failed deliveries and opens. That memory is long and takes months to build.

    When it's damaged

It hits everything from that domain. Invoices and replies to clients included.

  3. Check 03

Did the recipient sign up themselves?

The list has to be consent-based and unsubscribing has to take one click. Someone who cannot tell where an email came from clicks “spam”, not “unsubscribe”.

    With a purchased list

Complaints and a drop in reputation that takes months to repair.

  4. Check 04

Does it look like an email from a person?

Only here does the content come into play. The subject line, the ratio of text to images, the number of links and whether the email reads like a message or like a flyer.

When it reads like a flyer

The Promotions tab. Not a disaster, the open rate just drops.

Inbox

The first three checks are technique and discipline, those we can set up and keep an eye on. The fourth is content, and that can go wrong even with a perfect technical setup. What works in email today and what stopped working, we wrote up in the article Email marketing 2026.

One thing that ends the partnership before it starts. If you buy a list of addresses somewhere, no setup will save you and we will not work with it. This is not caution, it is the only way to avoid wrecking the domain you also send your everyday mail from.

The first check, domain verification, is handled during setup if you do not have it done yet. If you want to write the newsletters yourself, we set the channel up and you send them without us from then on.

That is why we build the list from scratch, and it grows fastest through a lead magnet on a standalone page. How to build one we go through in A landing page that converts, and what to measure afterwards in How to measure marketing ROI.

What you get

01

Welcome series

An automated email series for new subscribers. The first impression, an introduction to the company and a first offer, automatically.

02

Newsletter

A regular newsletter that customers expect. Not spam: useful content, news and exclusive offers.

03

Automated campaigns

Birthday emails, win-back campaigns, an abandoned cart series. The right message at the right moment.

04

Database segmentation

We split subscribers by behavior, interests and purchase history. More relevant emails = a higher open rate.

05

Campaign design

Branded HTML templates for every type of email. Looks great in every email client.

06

Reporting and optimization

Open rate, click rate, conversions. Every month we find out what works and push the results up.

How it works

The first email
within 7 days

01

Setup

We choose the platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite), set up the domains and create the list.

02

Strategy

We define the types of emails, the frequency and the segmentation. What to send, to whom and when.

03

Content creation

Templates, copy, subject lines. You see and approve every email before it goes out.

04

Optimization

A/B testing of subject lines and content. Every month we improve the results based on the data.

Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly, emails do not reach the inbox today, and the exact rules are in Gmail's sender requirements.

What it costs

The channel is set up once. The campaigns keep running.

The first item is technical work that never repeats: the form, consent, the platform, the domain and segmentation. The second is content we write and send for you every month. If you write the newsletters yourself, you only buy the first one.

Channel setup

299 €

One-off

  • A signup form in your website's design and double opt-in with a record for GDPR
  • Contact sync from the website and the online store into the platform
  • Choosing and connecting the platform based on what you send
  • Domain verification with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • An email template in your brand
  • Database segmentation

Monthly partnership

199 € / mo

No lock-in, you can stop at any time

The same scope of work every month, not attention that tapers off after the first quarter.

  • Newsletter
  • Automated series, for example a welcome series or one for an abandoned cart
  • An evaluation and adjustments based on what works

You pay the mailing platform subscription directly to the provider and it grows with the size of your list. If you only want the technical setup and plan to send the campaigns yourself, the one-time item is enough and you do not order the monthly partnership. An overview of all services is in the pricing.

Questions we get before anyone signs

Email marketing and newsletters from us means a channel that collects contacts and delivers emails: a signup form on the website, double opt-in with a record, contact sync, a verified domain and a template in your brand. You then write the newsletters yourself, or we write, send and evaluate them for you. We pick the platform based on the size of the list: Brevo for smaller ones, Klaviyo for e-commerce, Mailchimp for standard cases. Channel setup from 299 € one-time, monthly partnership from 199 € and no lock-in.

Isn't email dead?

It is the only channel where the list of people is in your own hands. Your reach on a social platform can drop tomorrow with an algorithm change and nobody will ask you first. Nobody can switch off an email list.

That does not mean email works on its own. It means it is the only audience that genuinely belongs to you.

How many people do I need on my list for this to make sense?

Size is not what decides it, what matters is whether those people wanted to hear from you. Two hundred addresses from people who bought something from you will do more than two thousand addresses collected in a giveaway.

If you do not have a list yet, we start by building it. We will not send to a purchased list, it ruins deliverability and trust.

Who owns the list?

You do. The account in the mailing platform is in your name, the contacts are yours and you can export them at any time. It is not something we hold on to.

Channel setup from 299 € one-time: a signup form for the website, double opt-in, contact sync, connecting the platform, domain verification, a template in your brand and database segmentation. The monthly partnership from 199 € covers a newsletter, automated series and an evaluation, it is optional and has no lock-in. The full breakdown is in the pricing.

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for smaller lists, Klaviyo for e-commerce, Mailchimp for standard cases. We choose based on the size of the list and your needs. If your domain is not yet verified with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, that is part of the setup.

Yes. A lead magnet strategy (e-book, checklist, coupon), an exit-intent pop-up, a sticky bar, a standalone landing page. How fast it grows depends on your website traffic and on what you offer in exchange for a contact, we do not promise a specific number up front.

Yes. Order confirmations, invoices, shipping notifications, password resets. Templates matching the look of your website, and deliverability through a verified mailing platform.

We take care of the technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and of the quality of the content, which are the main factors in deliverability. The goal is for emails to land in the inbox, not in spam.

We set the frequency based on your goals and your list. Usually a regular newsletter plus automated campaigns is enough to stay on people's radar without wearing them out.

Yes. We work only with consenting contacts, with an unsubscribe option in every email and with proper data handling under GDPR.

Because you would get a worse tool for more money. Deliverability cannot be programmed, it is built over years: the reputation of sending addresses, feedback loops from mailbox providers and complaint handling. Brevo and MailerLite have that solved and both have a free plan for smaller lists. So we build a connection to a proven platform, not a system of our own.

The form, yes, every platform has ready-made code for that. The problem tends to be what sits behind it: whether consent is stored in a way you can actually evidence, whether a contact reaches the platform on its own from the online store too, and whether your domain is verified so the emails do not land in spam. Those are the things you cannot click together, and they tend to surface only when a campaign fails to arrive.

It depends on what you pick. With the 299 € setup on its own you get a working channel, not content, and you write the copy yourself. That suits most companies, because they know their own services best and one email a month is manageable. When there is no time for it, the monthly partnership from 199 € means we handle the copy, the segments and the evaluation.
