Pricing calculator for your website

Pricing calculator right on your website

An interactive calculator right on your website: the customer works out the price themselves and you get a qualified lead with an exact description of what they need. Higher conversion, fewer pointless calls.

Try it yourself

This is a calculator. It really does the math.

Below is a working demo for a cabinet shop that sells custom kitchens. Move the slider and switch the options, the price and the inquiry summary change instantly. This is exactly what your customer sees, only with your prices and in the look of your website.

What the cabinet shop gets by email

Kitchen 3.5 m, laminate doors, laminate countertop, no appliances, with installation. Roughly 2 120 €.

The prices in the demo are made up, the logic is real. Your calculator runs on your own price list, including surcharges, discounts and rounding.

The difference between an inquiry that asks “how much does it cost” and one that already knows what it wants, is this entire section.

Custom pricing means the logic above is yours, not our template: parameters, surcharges and rounding are set up the way you actually calculate. Qualified lead is what you get out of it, an inquiry that comes with the whole selection, not a bare question about price. Email notifications go to you and to the customer, so you both have the same brief in black and white. CRM integration saves the calculation straight to the contact, so nobody retypes it. Brand design keeps the calculator in the look of your website, it doesn't feel like a foreign widget. Higher conversions are the reason companies put this in, but we don't promise percentages until we've seen your website and the numbers from before launch. Why conversion rates can't really be compared across industries is explained in research from the Nielsen Norman Group. How to build a page so the inquiry actually arrives is something we cover in our article on a landing page that converts.

What it costs

A calculator runs on a formula. So does its price.

The base is fixed and it covers the whole calculator. Three things push it higher, and you approve every one of them upfront.

290 €

Basic

A calculator built around the way you price, in the look of your website, with the inquiry sent to your email.

  1. More parameters that change the price

Size, material and add-ons are three variables. At twenty it's a different amount of work and different testing.

  2. Inquiries straight into your CRM

Instead of an email, the inquiry lands with the whole selection in the system you already use.

  3. Bands instead of a single figure

When an exact number isn't possible, the calculator shows a range or the packages Basic, Standard and Premium.

You get an exact number once we've gone through your pricing together. The result the calculator shows a customer stays an estimate and non-binding, the exact price is confirmed by you. An overview of all our services is in the pricing.

What people ask before they commit

Our pricing calculator is an interactive element on your website where the customer clicks through the parameters and immediately sees an estimated price. You get the inquiry with the whole selection, by email or straight into your CRM. We build it around the way you price and in the look of your website. It starts at 290 € as a one-time and that price is final, we are not VAT registered.

What if my prices can't be worked out with a formula?

This is the objection we hear most often and usually it covers a much smaller part of the pricing than it seems. When we sit down over your last twenty quotes, there is almost always a skeleton to pull out of them: a base by size or scope, a few surcharges and a handful of exceptions.

If part of the price really does depend on a site visit, the calculator shouldn't hide that. In that case it shows a range or a band instead of an exact figure and says clearly what can still move the price.

Even a rough estimate is worth something. The customer needs to know whether this is a thousand or ten thousand, so they know whether to get in touch at all. The exact price is something you tell them afterwards.

Won't showing the price scare customers off?

It scares off the ones who wouldn't have bought anyway. That's a feature, not a bug.

Someone with no budget writes to you today, you spend half an hour on the phone and nothing comes of it. With a calculator they find that out on their own in half a minute.

Anyone who does write after seeing the price already has it in mind, and the conversation starts with the brief, not with whether they can afford it at all.

What if my prices change?

The rates sit separately from the logic, so they get rewritten in one place. It's not a code change and it's not a new order.

Either we give you simple access and you change them yourself, or you write to us and we do it. For larger price lists we can wire it straight to the spreadsheet you already use.

What people ask

Got a different question? →

It works best for services with variable pricing: construction firms, agencies, photographers, garages, moving companies, cleaning services. Configurable products too.

We integrate it directly into your existing website, in the same design. It works on desktop and mobile.

Not a problem, we adapt the calculator. Instead of an exact figure it can show a price range (“from 500 €” or “500 to 800 €”), a price tier (Basic / Standard / Premium), a rough estimate only, or it can reveal the price after the customer leaves their details and email it to them. And if you would rather show nothing at all, the customer sees no price, the inquiry with the calculated estimate comes straight to you, and you follow up with a specific quote. You pick the variant that suits you.

Prices start at 290 €. It depends on the scope and complexity of the project. We put together an exact quote after a free consultation. The full breakdown of packages is in our pricing.

Usually yes. Customers would rather fill in a calculator than write an email, and you get the inquiry with the parameters attached, so you can respond right away.

Yes. We can set the pricing rules up so that you can adjust them yourself whenever your prices change.

Yes. We build it to be responsive, so a customer can work out the price just as comfortably on a phone as on a computer.
